HOW DO I STORE ALMOND FLOUR?

• Store your almond flour in a cupboard at room temperature (70°F) or the freezer. It will last several months.

• Do not leave your flour in the heat or in direct sunlight or it will go bad. You know your almond flour has gone bad if it turns oily, dark yellow, tan or brown.

• Almond flour tends to absorb smells so do not store it with items that are pungent, such as onions, garlic and fish.
